Appointments generally last 30–45 minutes, including brow mapping, waxing brows, lip, chin, cheeks, and calming aftercare. First-time clients may need an extra 10–15 minutes for consultation and customized brow shaping to achieve desired results.

Mild redness and sensitivity are normal immediately after waxing; these usually subside within a few hours to a day. We use gentle waxes and soothing solutions, and recommend avoiding heat, heavy makeup, and sun exposure the first 24 hours.

Smoothness typically lasts three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. Regular waxing weakens hair over time, often extending intervals between appointments and producing finer regrowth.

Yes—sensitive skin can be waxed with precautions. We perform a patch test, use gentle products, and adapt technique. Communicate sensitivities or medications beforehand so we can tailor care and minimize reactions.

Avoid exfoliating, harsh retinoids, or strong topical acids for 48–72 hours before your appointment. Let hair be at least 1/4 inch long and arrive with clean skin; avoid heavy makeup to ensure optimal results.

Wait at least two weeks after Botox or injectable treatments before waxing the same area. This reduces risk of irritation or displacement. If unsure, consult your injector or tell us your treatment timeline prior to booking.
